FAQS & NEXT STEPS
Quote & Scheduling FAQs
What should I send to get an accurate quote?
Share your unit size (or best guess), city/ZIP, access type (drive-up, stairs, elevator), how full it is, and what you want to keep, donate, or haul away. Photos help a lot—wide shots plus a few close-ups of bulky items let us estimate labor, supplies, and haul-away needs more accurately.
Do I need to be there for the cleaning or cleanout?
Not always. Many clients meet us to unlock the unit and make quick keep/donate/haul decisions, then we handle the rest. If you can’t be onsite, we can plan ahead using photos and a short call—just tell us what access you have and your preferences for donations, recycling, or disposal.
What services can you combine in one visit?
We can bundle sorting and decluttering, packing, organization, sweeping/wipe-down cleaning, move-outs, donation drop-offs, recycling runs, and haul-away. The goal is to leave the unit usable—either neatly organized, fully emptied, or anywhere in between—based on what you choose to keep.
How soon can you schedule a storage unit job in Utah?
Timing depends on location, unit size, and scope. After you submit the form (or photos), we’ll reply with realistic next available dates and confirm once you approve the plan. If you have a move-out deadline or auction risk, note it—we’ll prioritize urgent requests when possible.
Do you remove everything, or can I keep some items?
You’re in control. We can organize and keep everything, keep only what matters and donate the rest, or fully clean out the unit. We’ll ask clear questions up front and label/box “keep” items so nothing important is accidentally hauled away.
How does pricing work for cleaning, organizing, and haul-away?
Pricing is based on the scope: unit size, fullness, item types, labor time, supplies, and any haul-away/donation runs. We’ll review your details and photos and provide a clear estimate before scheduling, so you know what’s included and can adjust the plan to fit your budget.
